AJCase consulting commenced in 2015 out of our desire to assist Aged Care Providers meet their goal in providing quality services to their residents. We also assist to families attempting to navigate the aged care system when requiring admission to residential aged care or retirement living.

Our Experience over many years working in the aged care industry at senior levels gives us the knowledge and background to assist.

Andrew as Director has many years’ experience at provider CEO level, managing multi sites whilst overseeing significant growth and development.

Alison has experience ranging from site manager, facility manager, commissioning and opening new facilities and Multi Site Residential Care Manager.

Andrew J Case - Director

Andrew has many years experience in the aged care and the public health fields in South Australia.

Recently retired from 10 years as a chief executive officer at not-for-profit aged care provider located in metropolitan Adelaide, Andrew lead the Provider to increase assets from approximately $29m to $99m by overseeing significant building and expansion programs, be debt free and generate significant surpluses.

Alison J Case - Consultant

I am passionate about the care of our elderly citizens.

My most recent employment with a 216 bed residential provider as Manager Residential Facilities, gives me the experience and knowledge over many years in a senior management role to assist providers provide the highest level of quality care and at the same time maximise income. Extensive knowledge and understanding of the accreditation process and requirements is available to assist providers through gap analysis and review of policies and procedures.

I am also very interested in providing staff training in areas such as Zero Tolerance, mandatory reporting, good documentation processes and ACFI.

We have current knowledge and expertise to assist prospective residents and families navigate the aged care system to understand the requirements to enter residential aged care and retirement living.
